SMC Conway, formerly known as Wonder State Box, joined the SMC Packaging Group as its third facility in November 1987. Located just north of Little Rock, the plant has experienced steady growth thanks to a flexible sales team that expertly addresses customer needs, a talented workforce, and its ability to harness operational efficiencies within our network of box plants.
With more than 85 highly experienced employees, we pride ourselves on being a trusted partner—from initial consultation and design to production and delivery.
In September 2024, we were honored to be named one of Arkansas Business’ Best Places to Work for the fifth consecutive year and ranked among the top five companies with fewer than 100 employees.
