Founded in the spring of 1972 in Springfield, Missouri, SMC Springfield (formerly Southern Missouri Containers) serves as the flagship of SMC Packaging Group. Over the years, we have expanded into a state-of-the-art, 650,000+ square-foot facility staffed by over 375 dedicated employees. Our sound business philosophies have enabled us to build a first-rate workforce, and thanks to low turnover, our management, sales, administration, and production teams offer a wealth of experience.
